Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you cancel

Photography workshops and tours (except Falkland Islands)

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 8 months from departure, you will be charged 50% of the trip fees.
  • If you cancel 4 months from departure, you will be charged 100% of the trip fee.

Custom trips adhere to the same cancellation policies, but can be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Falkland Islands trips

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel 12 months from departure, you will be charged 50% of the trip fees.
  • If you cancel 6 months from departure, you will be charged 100% of the trip fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If we cancel

We know how important your travel arrangements and plans are, and we strive never to cancel a trip you're registered for. Since our first workshop in 1997, we have only canceled one trip after participants had registered, after the 9/11 attacks that impacted travel.

If for any reason we must cancel a trip after you have registered, we will inform you why and send you a full refund.
